Welcome to TWR Online Personal Training, I’m Reece.

My fitness journey began like many others, with a casual interest in the gym. At first, it was simply something I enjoyed, but over time, that casual hobby grew into a passion. For me, going to the gym has always been about more than just physical appearance, it’s also been a huge boost for my mental wellbeing.

After earning my personal training qualifications, I started working one-on-one with clients. I loved helping people reach their goals, whether that was building muscle, losing weight, or simply feeling stronger and more confident in their daily lives. But I quickly realised that many beginners struggle to take that first or next step, unsure where to start or lacking the right support.

That inspired me to take my expertise fully online. Now, through TWR, I’m able to support beginners from all over, guiding them safely and effectively through their fitness journey, while making sure they enjoy the process along the way.

My approach is simple: personalised, easy to follow, and focused on sustainable progress with ongoing support. Whether you’re completely new to the gym or need that extra guidance, I’m here to help you build confidence, learn the right techniques, and create something that you enjoy doing to support your goals.
