I started working with reece to lose weight, get fit, and improve my mental health. In just three weeks, l've lost over 3kg and I honestly can't express how much better I feel already. I'm really happy with my progress so far, there's still a way to go, but I feel great about the journey I'm on. What I love most about the sessions is that i'm constantly being pushed, which keeps it interesting. My PT is super easy to get along with, and we always have a laugh, which makes training fun and something I actually look forward to. If I could add anything, it would just be a bit more cardio, but overall I'm really pleased with the support and results i’ve had so far.

I needed Personal Training to keep fit and improve my stability. Since starting, I’ve been really happy with the progress I’ve made, the program is well structured and works well for me. I’ve especially enjoyed the balance between upper and lower body workouts. There’s nothing I would change right now I’m happy with how everything is going.

I wanted to work with reece to improve my health and get a running start to the gym and it's honestly been great. I've seen real results and have loved the sessions, both physically and socially. It's been so helpful learning how to use the gym properly with someone who knows what they're doing. Can't think of anything to improve, really enjoying it.

Im working with a PT because I needed help staying consistent with my training. My goal was to build strength and improve my overall health, and it’s been great so far. I’ve really enjoyed the variety of exercises in each session, and I appreciate the focus on making sure my technique is always right. I wanted more structure and a better knowledge of how to use my time effectively in the gym. Since starting i've been able to leave feeling like i've accomplished something. What stands out most is the personalisation, It doesn't feel like a generic plan pulled from a textbook, it's tailored specifically to my abilities and goals. Alex mentioned he would love to see more video tutorials made by me — which is exactly what I'm working on behind the scenes!
