1. Introduction

Welcome to Train with Reece (TWR). These Terms & Conditions state your commitment to TWR personal training. By agreeing to the following terms, you are confirming you have, read, understood and agree to them.

2. Services

TWR provides online personal training.

All services are delivered digitally.

3. Payment and commitment

• The cost of the service is £90 per a month.
• Payment is automatically taken on the same date each month starting from your initial payment date.
• You agree to a minimum commitment of 3 months from the start date.
• After the initial 3-month minimum, your service will continue on a rolling month-to-month basis.

4. Cancellation & Notice

• To cancel after the minimum period, you must provide at least 28 days notice via email before your next billing date.
• If notice is not given in time, the next month's payment will be charged.
• Cancellation requests should be sent to trainwithreece@gmail.com.

5. Refunds & UK Consumer Rights

• By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 14-day “cooling off” period for digital content.
• No refunds will be issued.
